G. Donovan Associates, Inc. has been in business since 1994 as a full service General Contracting firm located in Franklin, CT. We are licensed with the State of CT as a Major Contractor and Small Business Enterprise. Our management team has over 100 years of combined experience in the construction industry, successfully completing thousands of projects ranging in size from one thousand dollars to seven million dollars. We work in commercial, municipal, federal, industrial, private and residential sectors, inclusive of projects for K-12 schools, colleges, municipal facilities, state projects, manufacturing, hospitals, health care facilities, laboratories, and retirement housing. We have the capability to self-perform multiple trades with our experienced field personnel and a large range of company owned equipment including, but not limited to, excavators, skid steers, dump trucks, rollers, plate compactors, concrete forms, demolition saws and much more. Our experienced field team utilizes a fleet of company vans that are stocked and set-up with tools so they can function independently across the state.
