G Filer Engineering Limited is a heavy engineering, metal and steelwork company based centrally on the Isle of Wight. With a long family history in metalwork, skills, experience and knowledge have been passed down to current employees, enabling them to undertake anything related to metal. The company began with helping out in the family business M G Filer Ltd repairing vintage steam boilers, which led to a growing interest in metalwork. In 2008, after a number of years, G Filer Engineering was set up looking to work closer to fabrication work. The business went through a steady growth so in 2013 it became a limited company. In the past years it’s taken on a number of employees and now it’s looking to continue success in the future.
