G J Taylor Consultancy, established in April 2006 offers a full range of Chartered Building Surveying services, from Employer’s Agent and Project Coordination through to Partnering and collaborative working. We also undertake Drone surveys and reporting progress using 360 VR imaging. The key aim is to achieve our clients’ project expectations through maintaining essential value of clarity, accuracy, timely delivery and quality throughout the service we provide. We are actively encouraging our clients and partners to undertake sustainable construction, the key is through innovation. By adopting and incorporating sound scientific principles, together with new energy efficient technologies in practical ways alongside corporate responsibility is key. It is however essential that innovations incorporated have a support structure for the occupiers and end users otherwise the benefits may be simply lost in use. We therefore encourage support through the supply chain by having good handover information and where feasible training sessions during the operational stage of a project. We particularly aim to encourage collaboration through ‘partnering’ with the supply chain ensuring team members understand the project aims and objectives, which have been mutually agreed.
