G3 Global Berhad (“G3”), formerly known as Yen Global Berhad, was founded in 1992. The Group was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia in 2004, and subsequently promoted to the Main Board in 2005. G3 ventured into the Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) business in 2016 via the acquisition of Atilze Digital Sdn Bhd and Atilze AI Sdn Bhd, specializing in Information Technology (IT), Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and Artificial Intelligence (AI). In March 2017, the Group was renamed as G3 Global Berhad in line with its business diversification and aspiration to be a global player. It now focuses on developing AI and other information technology-based solutions for various industries including healthcare. Information Technology-Based (“IT”) Healthcare Solutions Beyond the sales of test kits, G3 provides information technology solutions for the healthcare sector. The vast potential of AI in healthcare is being explored, especially in the area of healthcare diagnosis. Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) AI allows our customers for better automation enabling processes and activities specific to their business operations. Supported by the world’s most valuable AI company, SenseTime, G3 has AI systems implemented in Istana Negara, government agencies and various key corporates in Malaysia. G3 Global Bhd has inked a collaboration agreement with China’s SenseTime Group Ltd to develop and market new artificial intelligence (AI) products and solutions in Malaysia since 2019. Atilze AI Sdn Bhd specialises in localisation of AI technology to suit the needs of the country. Together with SenseTime, G3 works to improve and enhance all aspects of human life in work, play, healthcare, security, safety and beyond. They focus on computer vision and deep learning, and have a market in almost all vertical industries, such as smart city, smart farming, mobile Internet, online entertainment, automobile, finance, retail, education and more.
