GAASH Welfare Foundation is a registered not-for-profit organization under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (CIN: Our mission is rooted in the belief that sustainable social progress begins with responsible, compassionate, and informed individuals who can live in harmony with one another and the environment. At GAASH, we work every day to inspire and empower communities to nurture ethical values, ecological awareness, and inclusive development. We strive to promote dignity, mutual respect, and shared prosperity—values we believe are critical in a world facing increasing inequality, environmental degradation, and social fragmentation. Our work is deeply grounded in local contexts and everyday human experiences, yet driven by a vision of global solidarity. In a time marked by climate change, violence, and rising social divides, GAASH focuses on equipping the next generation with the mindset and tools to become thoughtful global citizens—capable of coexisting meaningfully with both people and planet. As part of this vision, we are proud to launch the GAASH Corporate Mentorship Initiative (CMI)—a pro bono program designed to mentor and groom a select group of fresh graduates across India. Through one-on-one coaching, career readiness sessions, and leadership grooming, CMI seeks to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world corporate expectations. The initiative invites universities and placement cells across India to recommend talented students who are committed to growth and service.
