GABA Labs’ pioneering team of scientists has developed new functional ingredients designed to give social drinkers what they want from alcohol, but without the alcohol. Our first ingredient, “Alcarelle”, is ready to take through the FDA GRAS regulatory pathway in the US. Once the FDA has validated that Alcarelle has successfully completed all the safety tests required, GABA Labs will license Alcarelle to the Drinks Industry, enabling them to create an entirely new generation of beverages for adult social drinkers.
