Set-up of my own company as a consultant for entrepreneurs and opticians. The main tasks are to analyse the balance sheet, to optimize the workflow, to train the sales force and to direct the marketing activities of the customers. In the beginning the company financed my studies and connected me to customers like the University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt, Germany. Outline of Responsibilities: • Winning of new customers for seminars and consulting projects • Development of a software based on Microsoft Excel to analyse the balance sheet of an optician • Development of various seminars (2-day duration): Topics are marketing, sales and entrepreneurial activities • Analysis of the customers companies, reports including improvement suggestions to the owners
