GAC-Subcon established in July 2014, is an Irish owned company located at Foxhole, Youghal. County Cork. We specialise in assembly – sub assembly and finished assembly, with expertise in the manufacture of low, medium and high-volume components to a wide range of industries. We have expertise in Process, Manufacturing and Design Engineering, Component Sourcing, Localisation, and Logistics. Our ISO 9001:2015 certification and IATF16949:2016 compliance along with our quality process control measures are in place to guarantee the highest quality in parts, process, functionality and customer service. For Irish Based Customers we offer an Irish based assembly facility where we focus on component localisation and shortening your lead times where possible. Through Component Localisation, we will take the headache away by sourcing & purchasing the individual components. You won’t have to stock them in your warehouse, saving you space, as we supply to you Just In Time (JIT), you can put the assembled component directly into your process. We also implement Continuous Improvement Programmes and look at shared cost savings. We also provide a ‘Bridgehead’ for our non-European based customers wishing to establish a market presence within the EU for manufacturing, engineering, customer support.
