Gaga Exports have a strong base of Textile Industry that have their own manufacturing knitted and woven base fabrics like all kinds of design and plain fabric in 100 % cotton and related blends. Gaga Exports believe their fabric and quality so they started garment manufacturing and exports in the year 1998 with 20 sewing machines and their supply for the famous exporter in the home city, slowly enter into the international market in Europ, USA, Canada, UAE, Australia, and Asian Countries. We have experience more than 22 years in the knitted garment manufacturing and exports. Currently, Gaga Exports have their own factory in sqft and around 120 sewing machine in Juki & Yamato overlock, flatlock, single needle, rib cutting, needle detector, East Man band knife cutting machine along with lay cutting machine, vacuum iron table and packing machines. We also have our associate and sister concern in our city and if I calculate all sewing machines it's around 2600 machines in different factories. My city called Tirupur having more then sewing factories and its almost 30% to 50 % are working and the remaining 50% of the factories are spare due to fewer orders. Based on this facilities Gaga Exports utilize the spare capacity factories and increased the sewing volume. Gaga Exports meet the buyer's required style, quantity, quality. Actually Gaga Exports associate some of the factories that have ISO,SA800, WRAP, Sedex, and a few Branded buyer's factories approved like Walmart, Tommy, Walt Disney, Etc. Gaga Exports believe them quality and it meets the international standard and AQL, SGS, INTERTEK etc. Gaga Exports one of the own factories is situated in the Special Economic Zone in India. it's getting all Indian governments benefits like tax and marketing supports, so it is very helpful to supply products to our buyers at the best and competitive price to meet the international competition.
