Cara, the owner of Gage Construction Consulting, has over 24 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. She has had the opportunity to work in all 3 aspects of this business: the general contractor, the subcontractor, and the owner. This allows her the diversity and viewpoint from each aspect in the construction world, which ensures her clients make the right decisions and navigate their projects successfully. We start from the ground up, helping business owners through the budgeting process, including selection of their architect and engineer team, selection of their contractor, negotiation of all contracts, monitoring construction, holding the contractor to the scope of work, and helping to make sure the project stays on schedule. Gage is committed to helping clients complete a project from start to finish or can even transition into the project at any phase as needed.
