Gai Macchine

GAI, founded in 1946 by Mr. Giacomo GAI, is a family company, leader manufacturer in bottling machines field. Its “monobloc” allows to carry over the entire production process by using only two compact machines, one for the phases from rinsing to capping, the other one for the labelling. The reference sectors are the ones of wine, oil, distillates, water and, more and more, beer. In 2018 will be place on the market the first machines for the can filling. Export represents nowadays 80 % of business turnover. Milestones of GAI have been the same since its foundation: technical assistance and spare parts for the machine lifetime, 90% of components produced inhouse, respect for the environnement, with 80% of energy needs arising from renewable sources.
