Gaia Wellness is a sacred haven for spiritual seekers and wellness enthusiasts alike. Our revitalizing yoga classes weave together the elements of mind, body, and spirit. Our trauma-informed, body-kind, and self-loving approach ensures a safe and nurturing space for all practitioners, at every level. We, at Gaia, believe that yoga is not a work-out; it's a work-in. We also believe that healing happens in soft spaces; and this studio is an initiative to facilitate creative, soft, and wholesome classes, thereby supporting individuals in their healing journeys. We also hold circles and workshops on various spiritual topics, meditation classes, Yog Nidra, and a myriad of offerings that extend beyond the mat.
