We provide a range of needs-led supported living and community based support services for adults with a variety of learning disabilities in Swindon and the surrounding counties. Our services are bespoke, person centred, outcome based and flexible. We can provide various levels of care from 1-2 hours of support each week up to 24/7 support including waking or sleep in care. We can support people to have their own home or to share with others and have access to modern, well-equipped accessible properties. We are accessible. All our services can be obtained via Social Services Budgets, Direct Payments, Individual Budgets, Independent Living Fund, Housing Benefit or Private Funding.
