Galaxy Futures Company is the first joint venture futures company approved by China Ministry of Commerce and China Securities Regulatory Commission. Galaxy Futures, holding largely by China Galaxy Securities funded by CIC (China Investment Corporation) and RBS, is evaluated as Class A for years. The current registered capital is RMB 1.2 billion. Galaxy Futures is qualified to offer all derivatives businesses in mainland China. The company research center provides 65 types of research products, including daily market updates and views, weekly review and strategy, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. In the technology center, API, FIX connectivity available to deliver real time trade data to client’s systems as per market specifications. Separation between risk control & settlement & data center and trading center can achieve unified management to settlement, easy to manage, risk scattered, and maintain system safety.
