Founded in 2014 by the artist Alceu Bett, Galeria 33 operates in the Santa Catarina art market, promoting the work of professional artists from the southern region of Brazil. Our work involves consulting, representation, exhibitions, and the resale of artworks — from both contemporary artists and renowned, catalogued names in the national market. The gallery’s curatorship is led by architect and art dealer Katiana Machado, who is responsible for the careful selection of artworks and artists. Our collection includes over 500 contemporary art pieces in various media, formats, colors, styles, and sizes, as well as unique pieces from the secondary market and private collections. We believe in art as an expression of the present time. That’s why we promote local culture and value works that tell stories, reflect the identity of the environment, and reveal the personality of those who choose them — through paintings, sculptures, objects, and prints.
