Galleria Monique

Galleria Monique is a not-for-profit focused on art therapy and related volunteering in the Metro Detroit area. A small and growing organization, we use our love for art to help those in need. We are also interested in partnering with other local nonprofit organizations to raise money for the less fortunate. In 2010, we held a silent art auction to raise funds for Thanksgiving dinners for Detroit’s low-income families. We have also held art classes at local retirement homes like the Baptist Manor and Tapiola Village. We use the emotional connection of art for philanthropy; as we say:"Express Yourself!" Mission Statement: Galleria Monique's mission is to inform the community of the benefits of art therapy and to conduct resemblant events. Galleria Monique is committed to contributing volunteer efforts to other local nonprofit organizations for universal community development.
