Gallo Coffee was born out of our passion for Honduran culture, gastronomy, and traditions. We focus on Honduran specialty coffee beans, bringing the unique flavors of Honduran mountains all the way to Spain and Europe. Our coffee is single origin, 100% Arabica, sourced directly from small farms in the coffee region of Marcala and roasted locally in Barcelona.
