The Global Apprenticeship Network (GAN) is a business-driven, multi-sector alliance that promotes work-based learning (WBL) and apprenticeship. Our vision is a future in which all individuals and businesses have the skills and talent they need to thrive and contribute to society. Our mission is to champion Quality Apprenticeships as a key driver for workforce development, social mobility, and economic growth. We implement projects on a global and local level through a multi-stakeholder approach involving both the private sector and policymakers. Our Board Members include executive leaders from some of the world’s leading companies and policymakers from prominent international organizations. Together, we commit to ensuring that quality apprenticeship and WBL empower people and businesses to meet the rapidly evolving demands of today’s labour market.
