We ensure that our client’s technical development is always matched to their business strategy. Engineering and Technology Consulting We support technology development activities for our clients. We offer expertise in early-stage concept development, process flowsheet design, process modeling (including custom MATLAB modeling, ASPEN Plus process simulation, and FLUENT CFD modeling), scale-up, and economic/cost analysis. We provide onsite support as needed to ensure proper project execution. Investment Due Diligence We help investors make informed investment decisions by reviewing target companies’ business models and strategies, innovation portfolios and processes, and execution capabilities (management and operation strengths and weaknesses).
