Gardner and Scardifield employ around 165 people in the West Sussex, providing a supportive workplace where employees can learn and grow both personally and professionally. This is shown by the many long serving employees we have across the business and the enthusiasm our staff display when dealing with customers. Most of our sales come from local companies and individuals and the profits we make get invested back into Sussex. Additionally, we try, where possible, to purchase materials and services from Sussex companies. To get to this position as a business, we have provided a service to our customers that they can rely on; this has allowed us to maintain customer relationships for many years but also to attract new ones. This has led us to steady growth over the decades, allowing us to invest and open new branches.
