Darek Garko, is one of the most experienced trainers in New York area. He is also professional athlete and sportlife evangelist. Welcome to GARKOFIT World! For last 30 years he was working with private clients as well as working at famous New York fitness and gym studios. He was manager and personal trainer in for Town Sports International clubs and amazing spot – "The Printing House" in Greenwich Village on Manhattan. He is known for its individual approach, systematic work, implementation of best practices, drawing on many years of experience supported by professional university knowledge. He is also a pro rider and ambassador of Snowboarding, Kitesurfing, Stand Up Paddleboarding and other water sports. Darek comes from Poland so is obvious he loves football. Right now, he is planning to open Soccer Academy for kids in NJ. Darek published many articles in "Men's Health" magazine and other fitness platforms. If you are a movie fan you must have admired Angelina Jolie's skills in Salt, where Darek was a stunt consultant. Hugh Jackman, the famous X-man and Logan, benefited from Dark's advice and training, too. Darek devoted his entire life to the study of the anatomy of the body, healthy nutrition, sports programs, rehabilitation of athletes and education in the field of healthy lifestyle. He is a graduate of the famous "University of Physical Education" in Cracow (Poland) where many worlds famous sportsmans were born (ex. Justyna Kowalczyk - 2x gold on Olympic Champion/Nordic Skiing, Kamil Stoch (3x Olympic Champion/Ski Jump and Agnieszka Radwańska (former no 2 in WTA/tennis).
