Garth Webb S.S- About Garth Webb In 1995, D-Day Veteran, Garth Webb, conceived the idea of the Juno Beach Centre, an education centre and memorial to all who served Canada during the Second World War. Unselfishly, Mr. Webb mounted a nation-wide campaign to raise the $12.1 M to build the Centre.
