John Gaskin founded Gaskin Construction Services (GCS) in 2005 to provide project management/superintendent, independent assessor, and advisory services for developers, property investors/asset owners, building contractors, and public sector clients. We offer clients an experienced, skilful and committed team that can manage the entire process from pre-planning feasibilities and design development, through to construction, final handover and defects management. Distinctive from other project management firms, GCS draws on both our team’s experience as design and construction specialists, and our experience as project managers/superintendents to deliver the best possible value for our clients across every phase of a project’s lifecycle.
