We have achieved transformational results through our Community Relations Partnership Scheme. This we have done through our community relation’s special purpose vehicle- Gazzelle Academy Innovation & Enterprise Centre. Gazzelle Academy is a fully equipped and accredited Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Full Apprentice Centre. Our mandate is to engage in community dialogue to: • Identity localized need areas, and • Be the bridge that connects our partners with their host communities We achieve this by: • Engaging in communal civic duties and •DevelopingtheinfrastructuralneedsofthecommunitythroughtheconstructionandmanagementofLocalizedSkillCenterswithinhostcommunities. This we have done through our partnership with the Federal Government through the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) under the National Industrial Skill and Development Program (NISDP). We have also fulfilled this mandate through our two years ongoing partnership with Fidelity Bank as a C.S.R Technical Partner. Under this ongoing partnership, we have empowered and trained over 1500 youths within the student community across four States and three geopolitical zones in Nigeria where Fidelity Bank has branches. Through our work with the World Bank in strengthening micro and small scale (MSMEs) businesses, we have helped in contributing to the global goal of the country, which is to strengthen MSMEs for economic stability and growth. We have structured mentoring programs that ensure that all the business we have worked with continue to receive the necessary tools required for sustained success. As the business terrain in Africa is fraught with difficulties; we have developed a measurable success system that ensures the survival of micro enterprises in Nigeria. This has revolutionized how MSMEs that we work with do business.
