Chief Chew Lucy's story: I learned my craft as a chef at Prue Leith’s cooking school, yum yum. I know it’s easy to wolf down snacks, ignoring the taste, when you want a protein or energy boost but I believe that’s wrong. Food shouldn’t be mechanical or lacking emotion, shouldn’t it be a pleasure? I founded gb chew to appreciably enrich the quality and flavour of healthy snacks. Food bliss. For 18 months I created and tested original recipes for healthy, rich and refreshing raw bars to help my coffee van customers stop their mechanical food fixes.
