At GBH Law we enjoy working with businesses, professional practices, charities and not for profit organisations of all sizes, as well as individuals in relation to their business affairs, across a wide range of sectors. GBH Law started in 2010 when three experienced lawyers left a large regional law firm and set up their own practice. They wanted to do things differently and go back to focusing on their clients, with whom they had worked for many years. Since 2010, GBH Law has grown to a team of ten lawyers all of whom have the same ethos and client focus as the founding partners. All our directors are also shareholders and therefore know first-hand what it is like to own, run and manage a business. They are also highly experienced in their fields and able to provide great advice to their many clients. We invest in long term relationships and take time to get to know our clients and their businesses so that when they need our help we can get to grips with, and resolve, matters quickly. Many of our clients are successful privately-owned businesses from across the spectrum – from UK subsidiaries of companies overseas, particularly in the USA, to multi-million-pound turnover businesses and household names who trust us with their legal work. We also advise ambitious start-up businesses whose owners understand the need for a team of professional advisers who can help them achieve their goals. With offices in Godalming, Surrey, we work with many clients in Surrey and London but also act for clients all over the country and internationally. We are part of the Antea alliance of independent professional firms which gives us access to other like-minded professionals across the globe and enables us to provide a comprehensive service to our international clients. We work with our clients, not for them, and they are at the centre of everything we do.
