We envision a world in which travel continues to be a force for good; available and accessible to all people, enabling economies and societies to thrive; offering fulfilling career and professional development paths; equitable opportunities for all; and protecting our planet’s precious resources and eco-system. Thanks to our generous donors, passionate leaders, and dedicated volunteers, we have already achieved progress on important issues such as empowering women and emerging industry leaders to advance in their careers; and driving climate action.
