The mission of GCH Partners is to help turn business assets into intelligent, profitable returns for our partners and clients. We focus on companies whose businesses are a part of world trade flows and that seek to increase significantly the value of those businesses by connecting to China. We provide partners with our collective intellectual capital and provide access to our proprietary relationships inside and outside of China. We employ a private merchant banking model, both advising and and investing in China-focused growth equity strategies. Our China Market Strategy division helps businesses prepare for the China market, develop their China market strategy, establish trusted local partners, and provide oversight of local China operations. Our team consists of Shanghai and New York-based professionals who have worked closely together on cross-border advisory, direct investment, strategic partnership development, joint ventures, acquisitions and the management of portfolio companies in the e-commerce, education, healthcare, outsourcing and information services industries.
