GCL Perovskites (Kunshan GCL Optoelectronic Materials Co, Ltd.) has been focused on the research, development and mass production of large-size Perovskite solar modules both single-junction and tandem with silicon cells. Our 2 Perovskite module has achieved a conversion efficiency of 19.04% and obtained IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 safety and reliability certification through TÜV Rheinland. Our 1.71 crystalline silicon/Perovskite tandem module reached a conversion efficiency of 26.36%. From Q4 2025, the first 500MW of our GW scale production line will begin manufacturing of our utility sized, large format (1.15x2.24m) silicon/Perovskite tandem modules with an initial module efficiency target of 27% and above.
