We strongly believe that the home care providers need to be skilled, organized and provided with upward mobility, necessary skills and social security for an empowered living. We strive to help our members—families and caregivers—pursue their passions and fulfill the basic human need of caring for each other. Training & Education: We are one of the first partners of National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC), a public private partnership entity of GOI, in the home care space. Skills trainings: Many domestic workers request these skills to improve themselves and possibly find work outside domestic work. GDH will provide such skills as training in negotiations with the employers, on cooking, cleaning, hair dressing, vocational education, computer, learning another language, make up, handicraft and many others. Live-Out Domestic workers work for several employers’ homes and they are paid on an hourly basis. They have to complete their work as quickly as possible and still maintain a quality satisfying their bosses. GDH trains service providers on how to negotiate with the employer. At GDH, we provide professional training, skilling & up skilling, and take them on our company’s payroll. We offer guidance counseling and social security to ensure a secure future.
