Ge Coaching

GE Coaching is an international coaching company based in Ireland and operating in several countries and languages. We are fully qualified coaches and NLP Practitioners with previous experience in the educational and corporate sectors within marketing, international education and finance. We are currently engaged in projects in UK, Germany, Turkey, Dubai, India, China and Ghana. We bring coaching to young people and young professionals and leaders, particularly at key transition points such as examinations, career or study choice, promotions and new projects – in fact, anywhere where someone feels change is necessary or desirable. Our clients may choose to work on areas such as- motivation, ambition or direction - developing core skills such as communication, presentation or leadership - managing themselves, other people, projects, meetings, deadlines or their career - overall confidence and belief in themselves and their potential, to overcome a challenge - in understanding their values, attitudes and strengths, and how these can be engaged to best effect We do this through 1-2-1 coaching, group coaching, presentations, practical workshops, online materials and training courses in Coaching and NLP techniques.
