Generating Employment Alternatives for Self-Reliance (GEAR) is a registered Trust of Pakistan. The concept starts with the ideology to provide financial support to skilled and unskilled individuals for their self-survival with honor and dignity. GEAR is not only providing financial support but also helping them for the improvement of their livelihood and business income. We aim to achieve long term social stability and business sustainability of the family. GEAR does not just operate to provide micro finance to support small businesses rather it is several steps up. GEAR exists to make concentrated efforts to uplift the socio-economic condition of under-privileged section of the society by facilitating a feasible self-employment for them by providing financial support and advisory roles to help them establish the business and make it sustainable.
