Gearing Up works with ambitious businesses that want to grow - or that are a little stuck and frustrated. We improve marketing and sales results and help businesses to be systematic, by setting up effective marketing processes and plans. We coach and mentor directors and staff so they can manage their marketing (and often their operations too) with less effort and achieve better results. We often work through the entire process from developing marketing strategy and plans, working with companies to research new and existing markets, helping clients through the product and service development process, getting their market positioning right, developing brand and brand and product messaging, developing accurate and effective customer targeting, developing and managing sales funnels, developing, planning and managing customer relations and communications (on and offline, promotion, social selling) that will will bring the best results - right through to client conversion: better tenders and proposals, building champions within organisations, improving face-to-face selling and negotiation skills - and finally, managing service delivery and growing the customer. Plus, of course, putting effective metrics in place to monitor processes and results. Mainly, our relationships with clients is over a period of up to a year or more, sometimes though, clients need us to trouble shoot specific aspects of their marketing, or to work with them on specific campaigns or products.
