GeckoTek is a Cincinnati, OH based start up, founded to address issues related to 3D printing, such as warping, sticking of first layer of filament to print bed, optimum adhesion and easy removal of print object. We develop robust, mechanically strong and semi-adhesive coatings for the 3d printer print beds. Our coatings are applied directly to the print bed and enable multiple prints while maintaining a consistent adhesive integrity. This compares to less efficient approaches such as tape, hairspray, or glue applications, which typically last for one print and create residue build up over time.
