geekevaluation is a web based skill assessment and evaluation solution. This is a tool for companies and recruiters for screening or filtering the candidates before hiring. Users can create their tests from existing question bank or by adding their own questions. The shortlisted candidates would be scheduled for the tests. Candidate logs in to the site and takes the test. The questions presented to the candidates are random and of varying levels of difficulty. After they have finished the test, the results are mailed to the company. The results can be analyzed by topics as well as level of difficulty to decide for next course of action.
