Gefion Group specializes in the development of residential properties in Greater Copenhagen. By using our extensive network and partners, we find unique buildings and land that we own, either independently or together with investors, project developer and seller. Our focus is to develop properties that have untapped potential and therefore a good investment. We develop all types of residential properties, including condominiums, cooperative housing, rental homes, houses, townhouses, and properties developed for trading, either directly to end users or investors. Gefion Group is headed by Thomas W. Faerch and Henrik Nissen, both of whom have worked with project development of real estate for more than 15 years, Thomas, as a lawyer specializing in real estate, and Henrik as a developer.
