Coming from Italy, the Country Leader of Gelato, Gelatomio was incorporated in Malaysia with the purpose of expanding throughout Asia, the response from the local market was so encouraging, that we realised there is a serious potential for Gelato-”the Italian way of icy sweet treat“ here in Malaysia as well in all Asia. Back then, the Malaysia market has rarely heard about what gelato is all about. In the last quarter of year 2004, Gelatomio Production Sdn Bhd was incorporated for producing all Gelato to be retailed in Gelatomio Parlour and at the same time, Gelatomio Sdn Bhd was incorporated for Gelatomio retail operations. Growing from only retailing, our Gelato is also available in many leading supermarkets and served in many 5 stars fine dine restaurants and hotels restaurants since year 2005. Our gratitude to our valued customers, from both retail and corporate have lead to our growth by supporting and recognizing the quality in Gelatomio. We will commit to continue in delivering our quality to them. At the end of 2010, we have expanded our line of production, adding a complete line to produce and pack Gelato in 100ml and 250ml cups and Pints of 473ml We have expanded throughout the major tows in Peninsula Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Johor Baru, Melaka and Penang. Gelatomio offers to its Customers a fresh made Gelato, natural in all its ingredients, strictly not containing any animal fat, no colorant and no preservatives. Gelatomio carries over 100 flavors of ice cream with a continuous research for new flavors.
