Gelderland wil het tekort aan technisch personeel aanpakken. Om dat te bereiken, verbindt de provincie Gelderse bedrijven en scholen met landelijke brancheorganisaties, vakbonden en techniekfondsen. Al die krachten hebben we nu gebundeld in het actieplan Leve(n)lang Gelders Vakmanschap. Daarmee ontwikkelen we gesubsidieerde om, bij- en herscholingstrajecten om de technische arbeidsmarkt in Gelderland beter te laten functioneren.
