Having spent the first 10 years of my working life sitting at a desk far too much as a marketing manager in construction, I understand the impact that fitness, nutrition and overall wellbeing make on the quality of life. I now work with individuals, groups and also in corporate wellness to help people identify and reach their health, wellbeing and fitness goals. I do this both in person and also online. I am also a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and a qualified Pre- & Postnatal Coach.
