Founded in 1993, Gemini Investors is a Massachusetts-based investor in smaller middle market private companies. Since inception, we have invested more than $700 million in over 160 companies throughout the U.S, generally providing $3 to $8 million per portfolio investment, to acquire both control and minority positions. Gemini offers a flexible investment approach. We can provide a wide range of financing structures, which include preferred stock, common equity, and subordinated debt with warrants. Our firm has extensive experience in structuring and leading transactions as well as co-investing with other private equity firms and independent deal sponsors. Currently investing our seventh institutional equity fund, we seek to partner with established businesses and experienced management teams that have solid operating histories and significant growth potential. Our target portfolio companies have revenues of $5 to $50 million and EBITDA of $1 million or more.
