GemXfitness is a sole proprietorship based in Bridgewater, Massachusetts and owned by Erika Monteith. Erika is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, PN Level 1 Certified Coach, and an American Council on Exercise Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She has been a personal trainer for several years, obtaining her certification in March of 2020. Erika has gone through her own health journey, both physically and mentally. Her journey has led her to her current outlook on fitness: Exercise and eating well should be enjoyable, sustainable, and holistic! Her goal is to help people find the joy in exercising and the freedom in intuitive eating.
