GEN-Ed empowers leaders at all levels to embrace challenges and cultivate culture for innovation and inclusion. As school leaders ourselves, we provide leaders, educators, and parents the practical skills and essential support so this generation of learners can thrive. Current Projects: Walk with Me: We're taking a deep dive into the real stories - no complicated corporate speak here. Through in-depth conversations with 50 leaders across different sectors, we're uncovering how raising children, especially those with learning differences, has transformed their approach to leadership. We're not just collecting stories - we're documenting a shift in how we understand leadership. The lessons are life changing in their simplicity. Math Has a Problem: We took on the math learning difference nobody's talking about - dyscalculia. It's like dyslexia's mathematical cousin that's been misunderstood and massively overlooked. This reflection of our lessons learned manifests the real problem - our educational system is failing students who struggle in math. But this isn't just about math. This is about how we see potential. Leadership Coaching: Leaders, especially school leaders, are doing the impossible every day. When it comes to neurodiversity in our offices and classrooms, sometimes you need a wingperson. We are collaborators and thought partners who help you shift the paradigm so everyone in the building can learn and grow. We've been there. We did it.
