The Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) India is a year-round platform of programs and initiatives created by the communities that celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week each November. Aimed at creating one global entrepreneurial ecosystem, GEN India helps people in 150 countries unleash their ideas and turn them into promising new ventures. Ranging from efforts to inspire and educate nascent entrepreneurs to advancing research and connecting global leaders in person, GEN India is building one global startup community and ecosystem. Starting as a grassroots movement anchored in established economies with stable political systems, GEN India has matured into a year-round global platform operating in all types of economies and cultures.
