We are a next-generation family business. Three generations of experience in developing, building, and managing commercial and residential properties. Originally started by my father in 1962, we create earth-friendly properties that are purposeful, mindful, and help humans live a more optimal life. With 60 years of collective professional experience creating quality commercial & residential properties, we endeavor to- Engage in this industry with the best of all human qualities including integrity, compassion, honesty, and gratitude- Create buildings that address the imprint and impact each facility has on the planet and the people living in it- Positively change the way home and work environments influence our day-to-day lives. Operating as a privately held real estate development, construction, and management company, I have focused on land entitlement, commercial and retail ground up development. Ground up retail shopping center developments, office building acquisition and rehab, entitlement and land development for medical office building projects, zoning and entitlement processing for mixed use commercial/industrial development projects. In this new chapter, the Gen3 chapter, we hit the ground running with new and exciting development and renovation projects focused on the Central Coast of California. Staying true to the brand and vision, these projects will contribute to the growth of each community with earth and human friendly environments for work and life.
