Gena's enthusiasm for coaching stems from an identity rooted in self-actualization coupled with a life purpose of inspiring others to reach their full potential personally and professionally. An expert in leadership development, Gena provides a supportive and dynamic coaching experience for clients to identify their innate talents, lead from a place of intuition, drive positive results, and truly transform. She also offers life and executive 1:1 coaching and group coaching programs, and leads workshops and retreats. For more information, see In her first career as an attorney, Gena proudly served both terms of the Obama Administration as a trusted advisor to principals, including key roles within the White House and the Department of Homeland Security. She went on to serve as Counsel to the Director and Head of the Executive Secretariat at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, before joining an LA cleantech startup as General Counsel and Chief of Staff. Gena next pursued a transformative travel sabbatical and completed a coaching program during this time, in what she would later come to appreciate as a midlife awakening, and launched her coaching business the following year.
