Living a healthy lifestyle involves being physically fit, spiritually grounded, nutritionally sound and in tune with your mind, body and spirit. Far too often in today's world our health is taking the back seat. We sacrifice our own personal health and well being for money, for work, for short lived pleasures, for "image", and for other people. Of course the list goes on. My purpose is to live a healthy and balancd lifestyle and to authentically connect with who I am. I believe that in order to feel, look and be healthy, you have to balance your life energy in a way that attracts health and well being into your life.
