In 2021, Gencys Digital Trading Inc. was established from the extraordinary vision of two ordinary men, Mr. Charlie Gengos and Mr. Hernani Razon. Drawing from their experiences in online selling and multi level marketing, they understood the common challenges faced by Filipino entrepreneurs, particularly the struggle to overcome stagnation. That same year, Mr. Charlie boldly combined online selling with corporate structure, founding Gencys Digital Trading Inc. in a modest 100-square-meter space in Bacoor City, Cavite. Recognizing the need for mentorship, Mr. Charlie invited Mr. Hernani, an experienced global businessman, to join Gencys Digital Trading Inc. Together, they observed the absence of proper processes and systems while assisting friends in their businesses. This realization sparked the creation of Gencys’ e-commerce masterclass and business development initiatives, offering essential training and consultancy services to aspiring entrepreneurs. Driven by their passion, Gencys Digital Trading Inc. became a pivotal link between profitability and sustained success in the industry. Collaborations with IT and manufacturing firms expanded Gencys into a comprehensive business development service. Within four years, Gencys evolved into a leading entity, providing business development services to e-commerce entrepreneurs. With over three thousand students enrolled in Gencys e-commerce masterclass and having served more than a hundred companies. Gencys remain committed to its vision of advancing e-commerce innovation.
