Genera Project Finance is an Oslo based independent and privately owned real estate investment and advisory company. The company is a securities firm licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authorities of Norway. Genera Project Finance consists of four partners and is focusing on value creation in all aspects of the real estate universe in the Nordics, from venture capital and prop tech to asset-based investments, development and third-party advisory services. The team has extensive experience, more than 40 years combined, from the whole cycle of investing in commercial real estate; from investment banking, project finance, transactions, capital raising, structuring, development and management. Genera can be divided in two, ‘Gen’ and ‘era’. Both representing the start of something new; a new generation; a new period of time. Further, ‘Gen’ represents the generation of value in all aspects, including returns on investments- Generating value in a new era Genera Project Finance is a partner and co-investor, in addition to facilitator and manager of transactions and assets. Genera want to create value through partnership, and seek to implement new technologies to create values in a somewhat static industry.
