From the initial request, a General Builders project manager is assigned and will work closely with the client and design professionals to assemble pricing that best reflects the client's budget. The same project manager will assemble a team of subcontractors led by one of our qualified site supervisors to ensure the successful completion of the project. Design-build projects typically offer the client more control over the final product and budget. In addition, we are always conscious of our client's need to open their doors for business so adhering to the scheduled completion date is paramount. While much of our work is performed using merit shops, we have the capability to work in union or blended environments upon request.
