We are committed to creating a positive impact for people and the planet. In today’s complex and uncertain times we know that takes resilience, creativity and phenomenal leadership. Generate is here to help you and your team to grow the muscles you need for a healthy and sustainable organisation that does good work. Generate is a small and responsive partnership of professional coaches, trainers and facilitators. We work creatively to help people find their own answers to challenges, develop future plans and ideas, connect more productively as people, and deepen their understanding of the human (and not just human!) ‘systems’ we're all connected to. We believe these ways of thinking and being help each of us understand our vital role in creating positive change with others – also what is needed to resource ourselves and others for the turbulence of these times. Before working together in Generate Emma Haughton, Isabel Mortimer and Lisa Westbury had leading roles in the arts and not profit sectors. We are now privileged to support teams, organisations, individual leaders and independent contributors across diverse sectors - from national institutions and charities such as the NHS and British Red Cross to education, museums, galleries, preforming arts companies, academia, social enterprise, and purpose-led businesses.
